SCOPE:
- Consultant will facilitate business current process mapping sessions and map business processes
- Consultant will analyze gaps in current processes
- Consultant will review, analyze, and consider your business operations to identify areas for improvement
- Consultant will develop, write, recommend, prepare, and provide customized solutions tailored to your specific needs and goals
- Consultant will facilitate business future process mapping sessions and map future business processes
- We will collaborate with you throughout the engagement to ensure successful implementation of the recommended solutions
- Includes five live meetings/collaborative working sessions of one hour each
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Comprehensive presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
- Detailed process maps in MS Word format
TIMING: 5 weeks
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to two rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within five days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
