Scope:
- Consultant will conduct a brand audit (messaging, positioning, and visual identity)
- Consultant will conduct a competitor benchmarking
- Consultant will develop a new brand strategy and positioning framework
- Consultant will create a messaging playbook and communication guidelines
- Includes weekly 30 minute live meetings/collaborative working sessions
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Brand Audit Report (current state vs competitors)
- Brand Positioning Framework
- Messaging Playbook (taglines, elevator pitch, value propositions)
- Implementation guide for internal teams
Timing:
- This work typically requires 16-20 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback for each deliverable
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will provide a list of top 2 competitors they would like to include
- Up to 3 competitor brands included in benchmarking
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 3 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- This engagement is focused on brand strategy and positioning, not graphic design execution
- Implementation support beyond brand strategy is available as a separate engagement
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
