I’ll partner with your leadership team to intentionally design a culture rooted in your mission and values, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and creates measurable impact.

The engagement begins with a review and analysis of your existing processes, systems, and cultural touchpoints — from onboarding to leadership practices. Based on these findings, I’ll deliver tailored recommendations and a clear roadmap to strengthen employee experience, communication, and accountability.

Collaboration is key: we’ll hold multiple live sessions (2–6, 60–90 minutes each) with your leadership team to refine values, define cultural priorities, and address challenges head-on. You’ll receive both high-level insights and detailed action steps that can be immediately applied to improve engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.

Scope:

  • Consultant will review and analyze current processes, strategies, and systems.
  • Consultant will provide detailed recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Consultant will host collaborative sessions with leadership.

Timing:

Assumptions:

  • Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Client will review and accept deliverables within 7 days.
  • Client will provide relevant source materials, data, and brand assets.
  • Out-of-scope requests require a separate engagement.
