This service provides a structured evaluation of your organization’s people and processes to ensure every role is aligned with your mission and growth strategy. I’ll review your current structure, systems, and leadership approach, then deliver detailed recommendations and a clear roadmap to strengthen performance and collaboration across departments.

You’ll receive actionable insights that can be implemented immediately, supported by multiple live working sessions (2–6, 60–90 minutes each) with your leadership team. These sessions focus on problem-solving, refining role clarity, and aligning talent with business goals. By the end of the engagement, you’ll have a tailored plan that positions the right people in the right seats — improving efficiency, reducing friction, and enabling your organization to scale with confidence.

Scope:

  • Review and analysis of current organizational structure, processes, and leadership systems
  • Identification of gaps, overlaps, and misalignments within departments and roles
  • Development of detailed recommendations and a strategic roadmap for talent alignment
  • Facilitation of collaborative sessions with leadership to refine structure and address challenges

Deliverables/Outputs:

  • Written assessment of current state with findings and opportunities
  • Strategic roadmap with actionable recommendations
  • 2–6 live leadership sessions (60–90 minutes each) focused on structure, alignment, and problem-solving
  • Practical tools and frameworks for defining roles, clarifying accountability, and enhancing collaboration
  • Final tailored action plan to implement organizational changes and track progress

Timing:

  • Engagement typically spans 4–8 weeks, depending on the number of sessions required and availability of leadership team members.

Assumptions:

  • Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Client will review and accept deliverables within 7 days.
  • Client will provide relevant source materials, data, and brand assets.
  • Out-of-scope requests require a separate engagement.
