Description
I support organizations through transformation by building structure, clarity, and adoption around change. I help align stakeholders, reduce resistance, and ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, or ways of working—so change not only launches, but sticks.
Scope:
- Review / Analyze / Assess current change readiness, risks, and stakeholder impacts
- Develop / Recommend / Prepare change strategy, communications, training plans, and adoption tools
- Host / Train / Execute training sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and live change workshops
- Includes 2-3 working sessions (30 minutes each)
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Change Strategy & Communications Deck
- Change Management Program Guide plus supporting artifacts (per mutual agreement)
Timing:
- Typically 2-3 weeks, with mutually agreed milestones
Assumptions:
- Up to 2 revision rounds
- Client provides internal access and materials
- Deliverables accepted within 3 days
- Out-of-scope work requires a separate engagement
