I work with leadership teams to improve strategic clarity, strengthen governance, and drive better decision-making. By assessing current challenges and aligning people, processes, and controls, I help organizations operate more effectively and execute with confidence. The engagement is collaborative, structured, and outcome-focused—providing clarity, direction, and an actionable path forward.
Scope:
- Review / Analyze / Assess business operations, governance structures, roles, reporting, and decision-making processes
- Develop / Recommend / Prepare strategic improvements, governance enhancements, decision frameworks, and supporting documentation
- Host / Train / Execute live working sessions, review meetings, and leadership alignment discussions
- Includes 2 working sessions (30 minutes each)
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Executive Recommendations Presentation
- Consulting Report plus supporting source data/documentation (as mutually agreed)
Timing:
- Typically 2-3 weeks, with a detailed schedule agreed at kickoff
Assumptions:
- Up to 2 revision rounds
- Timely client feedback and material access
- Deliverables accepted within 3 days of final submission
- Out-of-scope requests require a separate engagement
