Scope:
- Review / Analyze / Assess end-to-end workflows, controls, handoffs, documentation, and pain points
- Develop / Recommend / Prepare optimized processes, target operating models, playbooks, and efficiency enhancements
- Host / Train / Execute working sessions, process mapping workshops, and adoption meetings
- Includes 2-3 working sessions (30 minutes each)
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Operational Improvement Presentation
- Transformation Report plus supporting data/documentation (per mutual agreement)
Timing:
- Typically 2-3 weeks, schedule confirmed after purchase
