Scope:
- Strategic HR & Leadership Support
- Provide legislative guidance and employee relations coaching to senior leadership
- Support and advise on terminations and complex employee relations matters
- Conduct compliance and policy reviews with actionable recommendations
- Develop a new hire guide for supervisors
- Talent Management & Development
- Review, draft, and update job descriptions
- Conduct compensation reviews and provide recommendations
- Oversee and refine performance management processes
- Redraft performance review templates and provide training on effective feedback
- Develop onboarding plans and probationary check-ins
- Conduct exit interviews as needed
- Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure employee electronic files are properly maintained
- Oversee and implement policy updates
- Ensure correct compliance training is provided
- Provide supervisors with accurate onboarding, promotion, and background check documentation
