Description
SCOPE:
- Consultant will consider the company’s values and focus on customer needs
- Consultant will interview stakeholders 1:1
- Consultant will define a full Digital Transformation Strategy
- Consultant will suggest a sustainable Go-To-Market plan.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- High priority automation areas definition
- Sustainable technology to be adopted
- Proposal of a road map in conjunction with the new digital ecosystem
- Supportive feedback during one or more run-through and feedback sessions
- Strategy presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF) detailing Why, As-Is, Technology, Go-To-Market plan
TIMING: This work typically requires 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client agrees that Consultant complete work on agreed-upon hours
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
