This service is highly-customizable and depends on what you need, whether it’s temporary leadership while one of your executive roles is vacant, or whether you’re looking for more long-term executive-level support without needing or wanting to actually hire another executive on staff.
Services may include (but are not limited to): program/project leadership, launching a new initiative/product/division, re-forging a department, interim division/department leadership, supporting major change, vendor sourcing & negotiation, interviewing & personnel reviews, strategic partner relationship management, preparing key documentation (e.g., board decks, IR materials, strategic plans), and more.
SCOPE: Custom agreement between client and consultant.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS: Custom agreement between client and consultant.
TIMING: Short or long-term with estimated hours/week. Custom agreement between client and consultant. Client and consultant to meet and discuss specific timeline prior to any engagement.
ASSUMPTIONS: Client to provide consultant with all necessary access to systems, data, and personnel to complete agreed-upon work. Consultant will remain an independent contractor via Cansulta and will not assume the legal/fiduciary role of an officer or director of client’s organization, not represent otherwise either internally or externally to client’s organization.
