SCOPE: Consultant will consider company’s values and goals for the short and long term

- Consultant will document and make recommendations during the session
- Includes one live meeting/collaborative working session of 60-90minutes
- Requirements gathering and gaining an understanding of client’s needs and pain points
- Session documented with current and desired future state. (MS Word format exported into PDF)
- Provide a summary of advice and recommendations for next steps
TIMING: This work typically requires 60-75 minutes to complete. Any follow-up session or documentation will be agreed between client and consultant after purchase.
- Client will provide a time that is within mutually acceptable working hours if Client and Consultant are in different time zones.
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc. in advance
