Our Change Leadership for Values-Aligned Transformation service provides a leader-focused change strategy grounded in human intelligence insights to build foundational change leadership.
This is a comprehensive, project-based engagement designed to deliver a tailored, actionable plan and the essential tools your leaders need to succeed.
Scope:
- Assessment & Analysis: Conduct interviews and administer the Leadership Values Assessment to identify leadership values, alignment, and potential barriers or drivers to change.
- Strategy & Content: Develop a values-based change leadership strategy, a corresponding narrative, and key messages for leaders to use.
- Workshops & Planning: Facilitate group workshops and collaborative sessions to align leaders and build a unified communication plan.
- Coaching (Out of Scope): One-on-one coaching sessions are not included in this project-based service and can be added as a separate engagement.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Leadership Values Assessment Reports (Individual and Group).
- Change Leader’s Toolkit: Communications strategy and key messages.
Timing:
- A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after consultation, aligned with the change initiative’s timeline.
Assumptions:
- Client will provide relevant project plans, timelines, and the business case for the change.
- Participating leaders will be available for interviews, the assessment, and scheduled workshops.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
Pricing:
- Starting Fee Range: $35,000 – $110,000 USD
