Description

A continuous improvement project across multiple departments can elevate a small to medium-sized company to the “Big Leagues” or reinvigorate a large company, transforming it from comfortable and stagnant to aggressive and competitive. Tackle all obstacles to growth with systematic root cause analysis and the extra horsepower needed to facilitate implementation, training, and sustained improvements.

Scope:

  • Consultant will review, analyze, and assess current quality, organizational excellence, and sales operations/results at both ground level and supervisor/manager levels.
  • Consultant will develop, write, recommend, prepare, and provide improved revisions and new procedures to better organize and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives and client revenue opportunities.
  • Consultant will host, train, and execute the implementation of training for any level of team members—from operators and inspectors to salespeople, supervisors, managers, and directors. This includes instructional presentations and interactive workshops to guide teams in applying new strategies, addressing questions, and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 1-2 hours at least three times per week, for 1-6 months, depending on the scope of updates and training required.

Deliverables/Outputs:

  • Recommendations presentation after the initial discovery phase/GEMBA walks.
  • Training material copies and strategy application workshop feedback for future reference.
  • Weekly Progress Reports in MS Word format, with source data from an MS Excel worksheet.
  • Audit tools and procedures to be used during and after project completion to assess and sustain improvements.

Timing:

  • This work typically requires 4-24 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Includes multiple rounds of revisions based on Client feedback generated from reviewing Weekly Progress Reports and implementation effectiveness audits.
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
  • Client will review and accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission.
  • Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
