This will include assessment of key business processes, interaction with key stakeholders, review of organization structure and roles of key positions, review of business KPI and their effectiveness.
The outcome of the assessment will be recommendations on change in operating model to support organization growth. Recommendations will be on suggestive organization structure, review of critical processes and recommendation around the same.
- Consultant will review existing data provided by client
- Consultant will not prepare organization structure, tech roadmap or roles and responsibilities. The report will only include recommendations and improvement areas with few examples
- Includes 5-6 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 60 minutes each. Few meetings can be added basis the need of engagement
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, 25-30 slides)
TIMING: This work typically requires 10-12 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between client and consultant after purchase.
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 7 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
