SCOPE:

  • Consultant will work with the client to develop and execute a 360-degree leadership assessment and analyze the results
  • Consultant will work with the client to execute individual and team assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth
  • Consultant will work with the client to identify workplace/employee champions who can help drive change and promote a positive culture
  • Includes five live meetings/collaborative working sessions of one hour each

DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:

  • Completion of documentation outlining the current state of the team and potential areas for improvement
  • Completion of recommendations documentation with a clear plan of action for improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)

TIMING: 5 weeks

ASSUMPTIONS

  • Includes up to two rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept Deliverables within five days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
