Our training programs are tailored and focus on your specific needs, industry and culture. Our programs are designed to deliver long term and sustainable learning through experiential learning and 1:1 coaching.
This program provides a comprehensive, practical, and interactive learning experience designed to meet the leadership development needs of AyA and can be customizable to your needs.
Scope:
- The training will be conducted over a 3-month (in person) or 6-month (remote) period and will consist of six modules, delivered remotely or onsite. Additionally, the program includes peer learning sessions and individualized coaching to reinforce learning and practical application. As each program is tailored to our clients needs, we will work together to really define what is the best approach for you.
- Program Components:
- Six Training Modules – The program proposed has 6 modules for leaders and emerging leaders. Each module focuses on key leadership competencies lasting 3 hours.
- Assessment (DiSC or IQ 2.0) – We recommend using an assessment tool as a foundation to the training for participants to increase understanding personal and team behavioral styles to enhance communication and collaboration. There are several to choose from.
- Peer Learning Sessions – Virtual monthly group discussions to share insights and challenges.
- 1:1 Coaching for Managers – One-hour individualized coaching per month for each manager to address specific leadership challenges.

Expected Outcomes
- By the end of the six-month program, managers and supervisors will:

Timing:
- Total time is 4-8 months (depending on delivery model), including creation and program delivery
- The training will be conducted over a six-month period and will consist of six modules, delivered remotely or on-site
- 6 3-hour sessions (once per month) remote
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 4 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
Pricing:
- $5,500USD per participant, maximum of 10 per cohort; onsite delivery available with additional travel costs
