This engagement provides fractional COO services for organizations that need experienced executive leadership without a full-time hire. Support is embedded, structured, and outcomes-driven—focused on execution discipline, leadership alignment, operating cadence, and organizational performance.
This is executive leadership support, not staff augmentation or task execution.
Scope:
- Serve as fractional Chief Operating Officer to the executive team
- Establish execution priorities, operating rhythm, and accountability
- Support leadership decision-making and cross-functional alignment
- Identify and address execution risks as they emerge

- 30–60–90 Day Execution Plan
- Leadership Operating Rhythm & KPI Framework
- Execution Risk & Priority Tracker
Timing:
- Monthly engagement with a 90-day initial commitment; renewable thereafter
Assumptions:
- Scope excludes day-to-day people management
- Additional execution support may require a separate engagement
Pricing:
- Half-Time: $5,000 USD / month
- Optional Full-Time Fractional Support: $10,000 USD / month USD
