I have academic experiences in business and healthcare from differing perspectives, from my start in clinical Dentistry to my education in Health Administration and Business Administration. These experiences facilitated my transition into a professional career; I have worked in various roles, including supply chain management, financial management, and as an independent consultant. I have also worked with clients and employers to streamline processes, improve workflows and reduce costs in different organizations.
Furthermore, I have helped clients develop ideas and complied business plans for their startups. Anjan and i were colleagues at Vital Strategies. He worked for Operations, HR and IT, and Environmental Health divisions. He was the bridge between these departments and the finance division. I was his point of contact in the Finance Division and we coordinated very closely to fulfill all the financial needs of these departments were met. Anjan used to provide all the information and estimates and approvals to complete the accounting functions for the division I mentioned above. Also, he developed all the budgets for those divisions and tracked all the costs to ensure they complied with preset budgets.

In addition to our regular duties, we worked as a team to complete special projects for the executive team, which included the CEO, COO, CTO, VP of Legal, and VP of Human Resources. It was our job to analyze different projects and report our findings to the executive team. Anjan always handled the analytical components of the project and used data to provide insights. During our employment, we conducted multiple projects, including those focused on finding new revenue sources for the companyIn addition to our projects, Anjan managed the finances for the Operations team. He was responsible for building the budgets for all six operation divisions: General, Legal, IT, Facilities, HR, and Safety and Security. He also kept track of our expenses and ensured that costs matched the agreed-upon budgets. He was the glue between the operations team and the finance team.
