Over the years, having had the pleasure of working with many great people spread across numerous exciting industries, together we’ve taken a great idea, or two, and based on a solid foundation of business principles (and proprietary assets) successfully rolled out a new venture, set to grow and set to compete.

In doing so, we also align ourselves with the vision and mission of the company, as well as the various attributes that each of the stakeholders hold near and dear to their hearts, which are then consistently communicated both internally and externally, whether online, at a conference or in a press release.

Upon legalization in Canada, I have enjoyed working with people who recognize the opportunity to create, brand and sell cannabis-related products.

The first step is to listen and understand where the founder intends to have his or her company fit within a very competitive landscape and then, as a team, begin to deliver the necessary components, leading effectively to the successful launch within the specified market.

    I would unreservedly recommend Graeme as knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Straightforward and personable, yet always focused on the project...and Graeme and I have worked on a few in the last 3 decades! Graeme's management style gives clear direction, but allows the person completing the task room to learn. He has managed diverse staff in often hectic projects/deadlines, and always exceeded expectations - giving credit to the people who accomplished the task. The smartest decision any company could make, would be hiring Graeme Boyce to lead their team.

    I have known and worked with Graeme since the early 90's. He has always exhibited great skill in seeing the potential in businesses, no matter what stage they are in.
