Yes! Nigel facilitates a wonderful learning environment where he asks you open ended questions to figure out answers to questions/problems/concerns about your business. He doesn't tell you what to do, how to do it, or when to do it. He encourages you to figure things out yourself. He brings authenticity to you and out of you.
