My consulting skill set includes strategic planning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), IT service delivery, program/project management, and people change management. 

I’m passionate about well-being, flourishing, and helping organizations create climates where unique differences are appreciated and valued in the workplace. I coach leaders  and emerging professionals to increase self-awareness and intra/interpersonal capacity to achieve greater effectiveness. Through growth and development, I teach clients how to grow beyond limitations, lead well, and be well.
