Scope:
- The consultant will consider the company’s values, build a business model canvas, perform a needs-based assessment, and clearly understand the company’s strategic goals.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 1–2 weeks to complete. Total hour time depends upon the size of the company and the time allotted by the clients to provide the required information (discovery sessions).
Assumptions:
- Client agrees that the consultant completes work part-time on agreed-upon hours.
- Client will provide feedback and guidance in weekly check-ins.
- Client key stakeholders will be available within the agreed timeframe.
- Drafts and final deliverables may be presented using slide decks and/or written files.
- Client will review and accept deliverables within 5 business days of final submission.
- Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed, company, and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
