The Operational Maturity Assessment (OMA) evaluates 47 principles or practices across 4 key categories: SIMP (Strategy, Implementation, Money, and People). Each principle has 5 statement levels of maturity from which you must choose the statement level that best represents your current practices. For each new principle or action, you are presented with a bottom statement (lowest maturity statement) and a top statement (the next level of maturity for the principle).
Then, we use the CMMI Framework to assess maturity.

The Results packet is prepared and presented within 2 weeks and includes:
