International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate women’s achievements, reflect on the progress made, and renew our commitment to a more equitable future. In 2026, the day also marks 115 years since the first International Women’s Day was observed in 1911 — a powerful reminder of both how far we’ve come and how much work still remains.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give To Gain,” highlights the power of generosity, visibility, support, and shared opportunity. The message is simple: when we give — whether through mentorship, advocacy, investment, knowledge, or access — we help create the conditions for women to thrive. And when women thrive, businesses, communities, and economies do too.
