Description
Deadlines don’t fail projects — resistance does. The Whisperer is an empathetic AI organizational psychologist that assesses your team across the ADKAR phases and drafts empathy-first communication plans that meet people where they are. It tells you when to hold the training and lead with the “why” instead — because adoption is won before go-live, not after.
Included
- ADKAR readiness assessment from context
- Stakeholder-specific messaging drafts
- Resistance detection and “what’s in it for them” framing
- Adoption plan generation.
