Scope
- I will evaluate your data, goals, and current tools to identify the most effective model architecture (LLM, SLM, or hybrid).
- Together, we’ll benchmark multiple models, fine-tune configurations, and test performance to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Includes 2–3 review sessions (60–90 minutes each) to share findings, analyze trade-offs, and finalize recommendations.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Benchmark & Optimization Report summarizing performance metrics, cost analysis, and key takeaways.
- Model Recommendation Deck outlining selected models, tuning adjustments, and deployment roadmap.
- Performance Dataset with full benchmark results and configurations.
Timing:
- Engagement typically requires 4–5 weeks, depending on data access and testing environment.
Assumption:
- Includes up to 2 revision cycles.
- Client provides representative data and performance criteria.
- Deliverables reviewed within 5 business days of completion.
- Additional benchmarking or training requests will be treated as new engagements.
