As they finish their first week, what have they learned? How might this impact their 100-day plan?

- When should they start to contribute?
Session 3: Month One (45 mins)
With the insight of one month under their belt, how does their plan need to be adjusted to accelerate their performance? How will they gain early feedback from their stakeholders? What is their plan for the next 30 days?
