Effective business processes are the backbone of your company and can lead to operational efficiency and drive competitive advantage. Description

Is your business out-growing its established processes and procedures? Are they restricting your business agility and development? You are not alone – a company’s initial processes are typically not built to scale. As companies grow, communication and management get more complicated. Rather than benchmark against entire industries or a competing business with different goals, leaders need the ability to watch and compare the performance of their own processes and procedures year over year. Gaining clarity and visibility into what is and isn’t currently working is the first step.

The Operational Maturity Assessment (OMA) evaluates 47 principles or practices across 4 key categories: Strategy, Implementation, Money, and People. Each principle has 5 statement levels of maturity from which you must choose the statement level that best represents your current practices. For each new principle or action, you are presented with a bottom statement (lowest maturity statement) and a top statement (the next level of maturity for the principle).

Instead of taking up to 6 months through interviews, meetings, and various data gathering methods, this Assessment can be facilitated within 4 hours, led by one of our ‘Cansultants’ with the leaders of your choosing.

The Results packet is delivered within 2 weeks and includes:

  • A high-level overview of the maturity of your organization, broken down by competency (Strategy, People, Money, Implementation)
  • Current state analysis of the 47 critical practices
  • Best practice recommendations for next steps in each area, gathered from subject matter experts
