Case Study 1 (2020-current):

  • Client name: A global building materials manufacturer based in Mexico
  • Short description of work: Program management and consulting support for a large ITO, Network, Security, HR and F&A sourcing deal. Phase I focussed on developing an enterprise transformation and sourcing strategy and roadmap. Based on our recommendations, Phase II immediately started to develop and manage the new contracts and selection process. Phase III activities were to oversee the Transitioning of services from a single incumbent to a multi-vendor environment. Main value-added activities I provided include establishing clear processes and requirements to kick-off and manage critical components (e.g. creation of new IP, contract change requests, governance and reporting, data collection). Also supported as project manager the implementation of ServiceNow for HR services, as part of a global roll-out across IT, HR and F&A.
  • Result: Over US$400 Mn in savings expected in the next 3-5 years. More detailed and flexible contractual agreements with Suppliers. Increased automation and technology modernization. 

Case Study 2 (2021-current):

  • Client name: Small contractor in the Caribbean
  • Short description of work: Preliminary assessment of key business challenges and market opportunities to develop a high-level business strategy and roadmap. Recommended potential software and tools to optimize core processes. Identified other new investment opportunities to potentially pursue.
  • Result: Greater awareness of automation opportunities in core business areas. Pending agreement to complete further assessment and support implementation of specific initiatives.  

Case Study 3 (2020):

  • Client name: Confidential
  • Short description of work: Supported the initial product strategy and planning phase of a new Career Pathway Framework (CPF) platform for the Jamaica Global Services Sector. Played a key role in defining platform governance, as well as core features, design and functionalities of the solution.
  • Result: A clear strategy and approach to develop and implement the CPF platform.

Case Study 4 (2020):

  • Client name: Confidential
  • Short description of work: Product strategy and implementation support for a new proprietary platform designed to serve as a one-stop-shop investment portal for the Global Services industry. This involved developing and integrating a new framework and tool to rank 80+ countries on their digital competitiveness. Also introduced new design features and core functionalities to enhance the platform. 
  • Result: Enhanced features and functionalities of the solution. Successful product launch.

  • Client name: Confidential
  • Short description of work: Analysts research projects focused on the digital services provider landscape. Played a key role in developing industry reports for Manufacturing, Retail & CPF and LifeSciences.
