ROLE: As longtime Brand + Communications advisor to FreshTV, I guided the company as it evolved from a boutique animation studio to one of the world’s leading producers of family entertainment.

ROLE: Leaning into IKEA’s notoriously irreverent brand personality, I devised the national news campaigns and live events that placed the retailer at the centre of funny, relatable lifestyle narratives. In addition to generating millions of dollars in media coverage, winning an ACE award, and adding a new dimension to IKEA’s relationship with its customers, my efforts were profiled in Marketing Magazine when it named IKEA ‘(PR) Marketer of the Year’.

ROLE: To capitalize on the opportunities of the Creator Economy, Jones launched The Co, an online platform that published original, syndicated and branded content from its network of social media influencers to over 10 million Canadians. In addition to serving as editorial director, I developed The Co’s vision, mission, key messages and tagline: What’s Next Now. I also authored a weekly blog on media moments that packed an outsized punch (one of which – on Killer Clowns – was retweeted by Margaret Atwood herself!).
