At Vetsource, I played a key role in the development of a new payments software product, ‘Vetsource Payments’.
My responsibilities spanned from RFP creation, providing overall payments advisory, project management, to managing third-party vendor relationships. I also conducted sales and merchant support training. This collaborative effort led to the creation of a unique payments software, which is now being utilized to process payments in veterinary clinics and hospitals across the US.

Maranda is someone who has over 15 years experience in the payments and Fintech industry and has helped multiple companies grow. Her latest accomplishments has been helping a start up in the veterinary space grow into a payments processor. She was a consultant for my current workplace and brought her knowledge. She really shined in setting up documentation and policies and procedures around proper screening for information when providing information as a merchant support advisor. She helped liaison between the 3rd party Payfac and the 3rd party terminal management companies in order to pass data with each other. With her knowledge in Salesforce, helped multiple departments use the platform as a customer service tool for payments as well as create reports through a platform called looker and bring in oracle integrations. In less than 2 years, this start up went from having the idea of processing payments in veterinary spaces, to now becoming a fully marketable payments processor thanks to her knowledge and guidance.
