Scope:

- Consultant will build premium and custom integrations (beyond standard Ads/CRM).
- Includes highest priority support via dedicated Slack channel with a 4-hour max response SLA.
- Includes weekly strategy & optimization calls.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Core automation system with premium/custom integrations.
- All deliverables from Core package (Slack, Loom/SOPs, Training, 90-Day Plan).
- Dedicated Slack channel with 4-hour max response time SLA.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 8 weeks for the initial build, followed by the 90-day optimization plan.
Assumptions:
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- Client will provide full access to all necessary systems, including APIs for premium integrations.
- Client stakeholders will be available for weekly strategy calls.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
