Scope:
- Consultant will automate lead capture, qualification, and assignment processes.
- Consultant will integrate Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Consultant will implement lead scoring and alert workflows.
- Consultant will host weekly strategy & optimization calls.
- Consultant will deliver a hands-on training session for sales teams.
- Consultant will execute a structured 90-day optimization plan post-launch.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Core automation workflows.
- Dedicated Slack channel for support.
- End-to-end Loom video documentation & SOPs.
- Hands-on training session for the client team.
- A 90-day optimization plan with defined milestones and deliverables.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 8 weeks for the initial build, followed by the 90-day optimization plan.
Assumptions:
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- Client sales team will be available for the scheduled hands-on training session.
- Client will provide full access to CRM, Ad accounts, and relevant data sources.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
