Hi, I’m Domenic.

I help businesses make smarter, more confident decisions by strengthening how they manage risk and governance. With over three decades of experience across operations, distribution, and enterprise risk, I know how to turn complex challenges into clear, practical solutions that drive performance and resilience.

Whether it’s stress-testing a strategy, improving controls, or building a stronger risk culture, I work with leaders to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to their organizations. My goal is simple,  to help you see risk not as a roadblock, but as a strategic advantage.

When I’m not advising clients, I serve on the board of a non-profit that provides mental health services which serves as a reminder that purpose and people always come first.
