As Skilled director of digital and marketing with over 15 years of international experience in B2B industrial companies, I help Industries and start up define and renew their digital ecosystem and strategy.

In my extensive experience I led large teams in EMEA adopting coaching approach, shaped and defined go-to-market sales & marketing strategies in different markets, implemented digital projects engaging Sales, CS, IT and Marketing depts acting as both facilitator and program manager.

Last but not least, I changed Industries account management model from “spent” to “spending potential” by data science model.

Fabio is a real listener able to truly understand human complexity and able to overcome difficulties by an holistic approach of human being and unable to unlock power of people.
