Deloitte: 

Identified, led and supported business development and change management initiatives through key existing account relationships and proposals that provided strategic and business-focused change solutions to prospective clients. Projects included implementation of new software, organizational structure and related workflows and processes, stakeholder management, executive leadership training.

Metrolinx:

Led a team of four in developing and implementing strategies and tactics focusing on the factors that influence business transformation resulting from successful implementation and adoption of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS/OpenText) and an Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS). 

Strategies addressed change impact, communications, engagement, training, surveys, resistance management, and issues management.

Transportation Company:

Conducted an organizational and operational review, including organizational structure, operations, processes, business delivery and customer service. Resulted in the development of:
