I work with B2B founders who know their sales and marketing should be working harder than they are. Most of my clients sit somewhere between “we’re not going to die” and “we should be further ahead by now” – typically from their first $15k of monthly recurring revenue up into the low seven figures.

They’ve got traction and a small team, but growth feels like a grind: marketing isn’t clicking, sales are inconsistent, and scaling feels fuzzy. That’s where I come in.

I’ve spent 30+ years across sales, marketing, and product in telecom, SaaS, higher ed, and retail. My sweet spot is taking a “we’ve tried everything” go-to-market and turning it into a simple, practical plan the team can actually execute so they can close more of the right clients with less noise.

Trevor was very knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to listen to the challenges of my business even at its early stage and helped me focus on important milestones. He also was instrumental in helping me narrow a precise buyer persona that fitted my business.Trevor is a great addition to any team and I've kept in touch with him even after he left TechAlliance.

Trevor helped me with my startup during an entrepreneurship accelerator that he was leading. Through his advisory sessions, he was able to guide me with my sales and marketing plan to address the pain points of my customer. Also, I was new to entrepreneurship, so he was able to elaborate how to maintain my well-being and gave me sound wisdom on how to be successful with my first venture. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to grow.

Trevor is an active part of the TorontoStarts community for almost a decade now. He has been generous with his time as a mentor and advisor providing sales and marketing advice to the startups in our community. I would recommend his services to anyone who’s looking to build a sales or marketing strategy for their business. Trevor is great and has a lot of experiences that brings more than marketing and sales to the table. He also is a great person.
