SCOPE:
- Consultant will develop business plan and will perform joint review with client
- Consultant will make relevant changes to business plan and share final version with client
- Consultant will develop financial model
- Consultant will perform join review with client
- Consultant will share final version of business plan and financial model with client
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- A 60-80 page business plan with the following sections:
- Business overview
- Market assessment
- Operational strategy
- Marketing
- Risk management
- Financials
- Appendix
- A 5 year financial model supporting the above. The model will contain the following:
- General assumptions
- Start up expenditure
- Profit and loss
- Cash flow
- Asset depreciation
- Payroll assumptions
- Investment rationale
- Notes
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 4 to 6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide information as and when due
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
