Description

Your company has successfully grown and is ready to leap beyond the core financial metrics to ensure the leadership team has a handle on the right metrics aligned with the company strategy and its ongoing success.
Join me in this interactive session, where we will review various frameworks for using data and key metrics to measure success, identify challenges, and course-correct as required.
Upon completion, I will work with the Leadership team to implement their preferred framework at an organizational level over the next six weeks. Additionally, we will develop functional (or business unit) scorecards to begin the cascading process throughout the organization. I will participate in quarterly reviews for year one to ensure the tools and countermeasures are applied appropriately.

Scope

On-site or virtual training of leaders in the use of performance tracking tools – Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, and KPIs, tailored to your industry and any measures already in place. This will be followed by the hands-on implementation of organizational-level goals over the next six weeks and the cascading of these scorecards to functions or business units.

Deliverables/Outputs

Training material and course are for your team’s ongoing reference. A completed BSC, OKR list, or company-level scorecard for performance. Up to 5 functional/business unit scorecards will also be introduced.

Timing

This is an eight-week engagement in phase I (implementation) followed by support on a quarterly basis for year one. The first week is spent understanding the business and current metrics in place. The second week offers up to three 3-hour training sessions. Over the following six weeks, leadership is supported in implementing a scorecard for company-level and functional-level goals.

Assumptions

A maximum of 10 people/training session. Two on-site visits for support after the training. The strategies are already identified. Software license costs are not included based on where the scorecard(s) will reside.
