Your customers still want to see and spend time with you. That is how you’ve gotten to where you are today, by building relationships. As this natural evolution occurs, it is time to remove yourself from some of the day-to-day tactics, and allow a Senior Operational leader to free up some bandwidth.
I partner with CEOs and Founders to provide Operational oversight and an integrated effort amongst your leadership team to ensure the business continues moving ahead.
Scope
- On a fractional basis, providing full Operational oversight anywhere between 1 day – 3 days/week.
- On an interim basis, providing full Operational oversight from 2 – 6 month until the role can be filled permanently.
Deliverables/Outputs
Those expected with a COO or Chief of Staff role, depending on the environment and industry. I can contribute to implementing and executing various operational processes from Strategy Development and Deployment to Balanced Scorecards (or OKRs) to department-level performance measures. Providing coaching and leadership to other leaders in the organization.

Pricing
Starting from $5000 USD/month for a fractional role. Final pricing is dependent on the time commitment and scope of work.
