It encompasses both formal and informal components and is a systematic approach which involves setting performance goals, measuring progress against those goals, and providing feedback and support to your employees to assist them in improving performance.


  • The consultant will define various stages of the performance management process with identified ownership and timelines, such as:
  • Performance Planning
  • Interim Review and Feedback
  • Final Evaluation and Feedback
  • The consultant will collect the client’s requirements for the framework
  • The consultant will articulate and finalize the framework after incorporating the client’s requirements.
  • The consultant will obtain feedback on the framework.


  • Performance management framework with supporting templates and detailed processes with responsibilities and timelines


  • This work typically requires 8-10 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant..


  • Includes up to 2-3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept Deliverables with 10 days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
