Description
Your handbook will be uniquely tailored to your organization and clearly communicate your policies, expectations, culture, ensuring consistency, reducing misunderstandings, and fostering a positive, productive work environment aligned with your values and objectives.
Scope:
- Consultant will gather an understanding of the client’s business, review any current policies, systems and HR processes in place to recommend what should be included in the guide
- Consultant will develop the guide to be reviewed by the client – this make take several calls and reviews
- Consultant will provide a communication plan for launching and training PPT for staff
Deliverables/Output:
- MS word and PDF document
- Communication plan and training presentation will be in PowerPoint
Timing:
- This work typically requires 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 4 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement (such as training facilitation for staff and development and training for people managers)
