SCOPE:
I work with you to provide answers to product-related questions over an agreed upon channel (i.e. phone, email, Slack) on a monthly retainer basis.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Advice on demand via channels agreed upon up front
TIMING:
- Get a response within 90 minutes of requests made between 9-5 pm EST and next day for after hours and weekend requests.
ASSUMPTIONS
- This applies to ongoing questions and advice only – no hands on development work.
