Description
Scope:
- Current State Assessment and Insights Gathering: Document current state and obtain internal and external insights to aid review and assessment of the HR Strategy
- Redesigned People Strategy: Agree key design principles to guide the design of the HR Strategy and leverage the insights distilled during the Insights Gathering phase to design the HR Strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic aspirations
- HR Operating Model Review and Advice: Review, assess and make recommendations on the existing HR Operating Model elements such as the HR Service Delivery Model, Organization Structure, and Competency Requirements necessary to operationalize the redesigned the HR Strategy
- High-level HR Operating Plan and Implementation Roadmap: Outline general and typical requirements, sequencing of initiatives /activities, types of resources required, timeline, based on our experience and leading practices
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Current State Assessment Report on HR Strategy & HR Operating Model
- Redesigned People Strategy with Corporate Objectives, Leading Practice & People Requirements Recommendations for a Revised HR Operating Model
- High-level People Operating Plan and Implementation Roadmap
Timing:
- This work typically requires around 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
