  • Implemented Practice Manager role and development program across 400 dental offices (winner Gold from Brandon Hall – best in class development design).
  • Facilitated the development of 3-year HR strategy and execution plan focussed on building leadership capability and evolving structure of Walmart Canada Merchandising.
  • Introduced new capabilities within HR, Replenishment, and Merchandising for Walmart Canada (ex include: Centralized Replenishment, Call/Travel Centre, Demand Planning, Strategy, PMO, Space Analytics, HR Financial acumen, Change Leadership).
  • Designed Coaching for High Performance leadership development Program at Walmart Canada.
  • Design wage and headcount tracking process and HR training for Walmart Canada.

In-sourcing, Out-sourcing, Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Lead for Bank of Montreal’s HR outsourcing of compensation function to Hewitt.
  • HR integration lead in BCP acquisition (Portuguese Bank) for Operations employees.
  • Change and HR lead in outsourcing of Bank of Montreal Cash operational services to RBC (led HR contract negotiation and transition of 130 employees to RBC).
  • Supported the centralization of Bank of Montreal’s back office operations (reduced 6 to 3 centres across Canada è  impacting 300+ employees). 

Organization Design

  • Led re-design of Technology and Operations Functional structure, GS1 Canada – 2020.
  • Led re-design of Marketing Functional structure, CapReit – 2020.
  • Led re-design of GS1 Canada Functional structure – 2019.
  • Led full design and implementation of Walmart Canada’s Merchandising Business 2009 & 2017.
  • Led re-design of Walmart Canada Finance, Marketing, HR and Technology and Agile teams.
  • Led design of cash management office within BMO post outsourcing to RBC.

  • Supported the agile transformation (including organization development) for GS1 Canada.
  • Developed/maintain succession slates and development plans for Executive Succession within Recommended design changes to Walmart Canada leadership development programs.

Change Management

  • Led the change strategy and implementation of GS1 Canada’s agile transformation.
