An accomplished leader with 30+ years of diversified experience/expertise in strategic planning, corporate effectiveness, leadership, change management, and business transformation, Treasa is known for:

  • Orchestrating outcomes-focused, holistic approaches and designing customized solutions that promote a resilient and continuous improvement culture
  • Developing and implementing corporate strategies to enable organizations to excel in an environment challenged daily by a shifting economy, new and emerging technologies, and a multi-generational market 
  • Defining, developing and managing project plans that comprise the overall approach, implementation and sustainment of change management activities and/or the building of enterprise organizational change capacity and resilience


Identified, led and supported business development and change management initiatives through key existing account relationships and proposals that provided strategic and business-focused change solutions to prospective clients. Projects included implementation of new software, organizational structure and related workflows and processes, stakeholder management, executive leadership training.


Led a team of four in developing and implementing strategies and tactics focusing on the factors that influence business transformation resulting from successful implementation and adoption of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS/OpenText) and an Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS). 

Strategies addressed change impact, communications, engagement, training, surveys, resistance management, and issues management.

Transportation Company:

Conducted an organizational and operational review, including organizational structure, operations, processes, business delivery and customer service. Resulted in the development of:

  • Operations Plan, Operations Manual, Policies and Procedures Manual, Forms
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Customer Service Plan
