I will partner with you to assess, design/evolve, implement and sustain your new, more deliberate, stronger, healthy culture.
- I will lead a discovery session(s) with you and your leadership team/other stakeholders to understand business priorities and strategy, assess the current state and design the future state. We’ll also assess your current vision, mission, values, purpose and behaviors if you have them.
- We will co-develop a stakeholder list and analysis (I will interview stakeholders if applicable)
Includes undetermined number of meetings/collaborative working sessions
- A change and communications strategy and plan to implement this can be purchased separately
- New/updated organizational culture, purpose, values, behaviors
- This work typically requires 4 weeks to complete, depending on scheduling. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
- Client will have authority/agreement to have the correct stakeholders participate in consultations
Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
