Journey Mapping End-Users/Stakeholders/Target Market

I will partner with your organization to take this walk and design journey maps for each group that provides you with visibility into the inflection points where you can make the biggest impact on them.

SCOPE:

Discovery:

  • I will lead discovery session(s) with you and/or your team (and interviews if necessary) to determine and understand all pertinent user groups/stakeholders/target market and touchpoints with you/your organization
  • Design journey map for each group: I will analyze the data collected and design provide you with a strategic map of their interaction with you/your organization so that you strategically leverage that information for your engagement activities.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Journey map(s) for your end users/stakeholders/target market (in ppt format)

TIMING:

  • This work typically requires 3-4 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.

ASSUMPTIONS

  • Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations
    Includes 1 round of revision based on client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
