Retained to continuously design, build, and refine the client’s business or system targeting Startups building and iterating quickly; SMEs scaling operations and entering new markets; NGOs, multilaterals and programs moving from concept to implementation; and organizations needing continuous strategic design support, this service model positions me as an embedded Business Designer, Strategist and Futurist giving the institution the capability to build, scale, or transform rapidly. I work across:

Assumptions
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
- Consultancy fees indicated exclude project input cost
Price
$100 USD per hour | Minimum 60 days | Over a minimum 6-month+ contract
