Scope:
- Consultant will review and analyze existing HR policies, documentation, and processes
- Consultant will consider compliance across applicable employment practices and multi-state considerations (if applicable)
- Consultant will develop and provide a detailed audit report with risk areas and prioritized recommendations
- Consultant will host a review session to walk through findings and next steps
Includes 2–3 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 60 minutes each
Deliverables / Outputs:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, 8–12 slides)
- Report in MS Word format (8–12 pages) including audit findings, risk assessment, and action plan with supporting checklist in MS Excel. Google doc formats available upon client request.
Timing:
This work typically requires 2–4 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 5 days of final submission
- Client will provide access to current HR documents, policies, and relevant information
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
